DANCE like you're a FREE!!

in fact, i dont see why there's a problem to it..we are already free, when Jesus paid the price (:

seeing those kids dance in children's church makes me one of them again, couldnt control myself..my feet just started tapping and my hands could not stop clapping..it was soooo much FUN!! there was so much freedom and joy (: so nice, being in the presence of so many kids!! (:

there was this pretty little girl, called Faith..she was kinda shy..so i was like.."you wanna dance with me??" she just shook her head, and looked down..and then the music started, all the kids were jumping and dancing like there's no tmr..hahaha..so i tried my luck once more, "you sure you dont wanna dance..the rest are having so much fun!!" she shook her head again, and continued looking down..and the music continued to play, and it was at its chorus..I AM FREE TO RUN..so i felt really prompted to make her dance, i didnt want her to lose out on so much fun..so i tried AGAIN..however, this time..it wasnt much of asking..and i said with lots of enthusiasm, "we'll dance to the next chorus okay??" and she nodded, with a shy smile..AHHHH!! YES!! but guess what, right after she agreed..the music ended with..i am free..shucks.
oh well, next time!! (:

on sunday, I AM FREE was played twice..it's really important to know the meaning of being free..if not, there's bondage to everything that you do..i also think that there's no real happiness in life, cos..you're really short-changing yourself..BE FREE!! (:

service yesterday, was uhmm..different?? it was more of a prophesy workshop according to gary mckinney (: however, he taught me alot..i never knew we could all prophesy..as long as you practise, you'll get better and better at it..and it's okay to fail (he expects 50% failure)..hahahaha..
prophesies (i really have trouble spelling this word mann), are meant to be EDIFYING, ENCOURAGING & COMFORTING..isnt it great to know?? (:
God has already given us many gifts, so i think..it's our job to use it..but how you use it, is the key..whether to glorify God or yourself.

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done,
My soul could rest at ease.
All day long I had no time
To spread a word of cheer.
No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need
But at last the time, the time to die.
I went before the Lord, I came,
I stood with downcast eyes.
For in his hands God held a book,
It was the book of life.
God looked into his book and said
'Your name I cannot find.
I once was going to write it down...
But never found the time'.


After reading this poem on email..i felt that it's really true, and i'm definitely guitly of it..many a times, we're asked by God for a little time..and we would say that we have no time..but we have time to do other stuff instead..issit really that important..more important than God?? that we cant even spare 5 or 10 minutes..And also, because we do not place God 1st in our lives..and often, go through each day without Him, doing things our way, or at least if it pleases us..and, we only call upon His name, when we need His help..

This is not to put us down, BUT to encourage us to spend more time with God!! Cos when we call Him Daddy, i guess we have to mean it (:
